Prepararsi alla HERO non è certo una cosa da poco. Occorrono costanza, determinazione, impegno e, perché no, anche un pizzico di sana follia! Non vogliamo lasciare soli i nostri Eroi e anche quest’anno metteremo a loro disposizione utili consigli e suggerimenti.
Al nostro fianco ci sarà Technogym, che darà a tutti gli atleti la possibilità di consultare schede di allenamento, disponibili dal 1 febbraio 2017, che li accompagnerà fino allo sparo del via della mattina del 17 giugno.
Ma non solo, Technogym premierà due fortunati HEROes durante la serata conclusiva della manifestazione con altrettanti #MYCYCLING™, l’innovativo prodotto di allenamento indoor per il ciclismo.

Für den #HERO zu #trainieren ist beileibe kein Kinderspiel. Man benötigt #Ausdauer, #Durchhaltevermögen, #Einsatz und nicht zuletzt auch eine Prise gesunden #Wahnsinns! Bei der #Vorbereitung wollen wir unsere Helden nicht alleine lassen und halten daher auch dieses Jahr nützliche Tipps und Ratschläge für sie bereit.
Unser Partner in dieser Angelegenheit ist das Unternehmen Technogym, das allen Sportlern die Möglichkeit gibt, Trainingspläne zu nützen, die die Biker vom 1. Februar 2017 an bis zum Startschuss am 17. Juni begleiten.

Preparing yourself to be in top shape for the HERO is not an easy task. One needs to be consistent in #preparation, determined, commited, and also a little crazy! We do not wish to leave our future HEROES on their own and this year we are making available even more tips and advice and at our side there will be Technogym which will give all participants the chance to have training well mapped out with sheets available from February 1 2017, and these schedules will accompany you all the way to the starting gun on the morning of June 17.
